We believe that special rules and fine print do not establish the trust and customer service level that Queork has set out to offer our clients. Queork is growing products as well as inventory daily and many of our products are handmade. Each product goes through an intensive quality check before it is shipped on to you however if for ANY reason your bag does not satisfy your needs or is not up to your personal quality standards, Queork will issue a full refund for 90 Days! Please note that unless in the case of manufacturers defect, returns must be unworn/unused and in the condition that you received them, accompanied with the original packaging.
We believe that in order to have the best possible online shopping experience, our customers should not have to pay for domestic return shipping.
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order to Queork for a full refund (Returns must be unworn, in the state you received them, and in the original packaging). You can return your purchase for up to 90 days from the date you receive the shipment.
- Products must be in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging.
- Return shipping is absolutely FREE.
- Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer if it is an item not manufactured by Queork.
- Once your return is received and inspected by Queork (usually within 72 hours of receipt), your refund will be processed and a refund will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 days. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.
